On Day One, the whole architecture is visible but lightly described. Week by week, one building block takes pride of place. Completed material stays clickable, so the page gradually becomes a coherent campaign archive and blueprint.
How each block develops

1. Initial thinking
Explain the problem, the desired outcome and the current direction of travel.
2. Member conversation
Invite questions, practical experience and challenge through online sessions and written responses.
3. Participation
Give people who want to contribute a relevant route to put themselves forward and start a conversation.
